Designed by New Zealand golf legend Bob Charles as an international PGA standard,
Formosa
is an 18 hole golf course and resort at Beachlands, Auckland.
Formosa is the longest course in New Zealand but carefully thought out so players of all standards can play and have a great time.
The venue for the 1998 New Zealand open, Formosa is also listed in 'The Finest Golf Clubs of the World'.
From the cliff top and along the coast there are panoramic views of Rangitoto, Waiheke Island, and the Coromandel peninsula.
