There are well equipped hospitals and doctors everywhere.
Although mostly subsidised by the government they are not totally free, you'll usually have to pay around NZ$ 50 per visit to the Doctor and if you need an ambulance that will cost too.
Better still, give yourself a good head start, consider
living in New Zealand
and experience for yourself the healthy Auckland lifestyle.
